tracey Foskey | Founder, Total Joy Are You (TJAY) Autism Foundation
Tracey Foskey is a dedicated autism advocate, community leader, and proud mother from New Haven, Connecticut. With over 20 years of experience working with children and families, Tracey has turned her personal journey as a mother of a son with autism into a mission of empowerment, inclusion, and support.
In 2015, she founded Total Joy Are You (TJAY), inspired by her son, Troy Jr., and her belief that every individual deserves to be celebrated for their unique abilities.
Through the TJAY Foundation, Tracey has created opportunities for families to connect, access resources, build confidence, and experience the joy of community. From autism awareness initiatives to empowering programs and special events, her work continues to inspire acceptance, understanding, and meaningful connections.
Her vision is simple yet powerful: a world where every ability is valued, every family feels supported, and every individual has the opportunity to shine.
